The Teaching Strategies leadership team consists of a diverse group of professionals with expertise in education, business, customer support, and software development and design. They each share a passion for supporting educators as they teach children to become creative, confident thinkers.
Chief Executive Officer
Kai-leé is the CEO of Teaching Strategies, the leading provider of early childhood solutions for programs serving children from birth through third grade. She is a lifelong early childhood educator, having taught and cared for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners in public, private, and Department of Defense programs.
Ashley is responsible for advancing Teaching Strategies’ mission to provide high quality curriculum and assessment resources for children across the birth to third grade continuum.
Chief Technology Officer
David is an expert in education technology who has held management and technical leadership positions at a variety of organizations throughout his career.
Tia Kaul Disick
Chief Marketing Officer
Tia is responsible for oversight of the Marketing, Communications, Publishing, Educational Content, Research, and Creative Services teams at Teaching Strategies.
Chief Business Officer
Karen brings decades of expertise in operations to her work as the leader of Teaching Strategies’ internal business operations teams, which include sales and revenue operations, IT, and corporate data security and privacy.
Dr. Vincent J. Costanza
Chief Academic Officer
Vincent leads company initiatives toward building a systemic approach to research, professional development, formative assessment, and curricular support throughout the B-3rd continuum.
Chief Customer Officer
Peter brings decades of experience in the educational technology sector to Teaching Strategies, having worked as a consultant in the industry for many years before joining the company in 2015.
Vice President of Public Policy & Government Relations
Jonah brings a wealth of public policy knowledge and expertise to Teaching Strategies, where he leads the company’s federal and state policy and advocacy agenda and supports state-level partnerships.
