Teaching Strategies’ “Math Survey Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) will take place beginning on or about TUESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2025  at 12:00 a.m. EST and will end on or about TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST.  Each participant must enter by completing the math survey and agreeing to enter the giveaway by providing their email address at the end of the survey.

Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person.

PRIZES: Five (5) winners will each win a $50 Amazon gift card during the Sweepstakes. Certain restrictions and conditions may apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  The Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prizes.  Teaching Strategies, LLC (hereinafter the “Company”) reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the Prize published above.  The winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any federal, state or local tax liabilities incurred.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except for employees of the Company or their affiliates, licensees, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, or members of the immediate family or household of each.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

WINNING: The drawing for the Winners will be held on or about WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST.  Five (5) participant entries will be randomly selected as the Winners from among all of the valid eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes during the applicable Sweepstakes period.  Winners need not be present to win.  All prizes will be awarded. The Winners will be contacted no later than FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Each Winner will be contacted via email and must provide his or her name in order to receive the Prize as a Winner of this Sweepstakes. If a Winner is declared ineligible, that winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize, and a substitute Winner will be randomly selected from the remaining entrants.

LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the sole and absolute decisions of the Company and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules and Regulations.  By participating, each Winner and entrant also releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless the Company and each of their respective owners, managers, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misus any sales promotion effort.

CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Company’s personnel.  Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes or obtain Winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.  The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.  If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference of any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by the Company and are final.  The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Company is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for late, undeliverable, illegible, damaged, or incomplete entries.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZE AS OF THE DATE OF THE AWARD.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
