NCPINCDHHS Division of Child Development and Early Education

Teaching Strategies is proud to partner with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Office of Early Learning (OEL) and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE).

The NC Pre-K Program is designed to provide high-quality educational experiences to enhance school readiness for eligible four-year-old children. For the 2026-2027 school year, DCDEE will be providing The Integrated Ecosystem, which includes The Creative Curriculum Cloud, GOLD, Finch Literacy Screener, Finch Formative Games, ReadyRosie, and Professional Development Teacher Membership, to all teachers and staff who support classrooms with at least one NC Pre-K child. If you have questions about these resources, please refer to this document: “NC Pre-K Quick Links”.

For Pre-K aged children that are not located in the NC Pre-K program AND are enrolled in a program operated by an NC Public School LEA, DPI is providing GOLDFinch to support formative assessment for pre-kindergarten children funded through the North Carolina’s Department of Public Instruction.

For NC’s Kindergarten-aged children, Teaching Strategies is pleased to continue to support the NC ELI. For more information about this program, please refer to this link.
