Kevin Roden
Kevin Roden is responsible for developing and leading the Partner Success team at Teaching Strategies.
He currently oversees a team of 50 product experts, who are certified in change management and dedicated to supporting customers throughout implementation.
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in education. Prior to Teaching Strategies, Kevin was vice president at ReadyRosie, the field-proven, research-based family engagement platform acquired by Teaching Strategies in 2019.
Kevin was responsible for scaling ReadyRosie from its first 30 customers to a nationwide footprint. After acquisition, he oversaw its integration into the Teaching Strategies ecosystem and led the sales team in taking ReadyRosie to existing Teaching Strategies customers and beyond.
Kevin was also an administrator at a high school math and science academy, and is an adjunct professor of philosophy and political science at a local university, where he continues to nurture young minds.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of North Texas, and both an M.A. and an ABD PhD in Philosophy from the University of Dallas. He is active in his community of Denton, TX, where he served on the City Council for six years and as mayor pro tem for one year. He also hosts a monthly salon called “Drink and Think,” inviting members of the public to spend an evening engaged in conversation around big questions of human life.
Kevin is husband to the founder of ReadyRosie, Emily Roden, and a proud father of three children (one of them is Rosie). He is passionate about promoting equity in education by helping strengthen the connections between teachers and families, and by supporting children and families with high-quality educational resources.
