May Reid
May is responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resources strategy and overseeing facilities and administration.
As the head of HR and Administration, May leads her team in providing strategic guidance in the areas of talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, learning and organizational development, health and wellness, performance management, facilities management, and office administration.
With nearly 20 years’ experience, May has an extensive background in leading organizations in building talent, shaping culture, and integrating solutions in the areas of performance management, retention, health and wellness, compliance, and employee engagement. Before joining Teaching Strategies in 2015, May worked with several industry-leading professional services, healthcare, legal, and private equity organizations, including Accenture, Inovalon, Foley & Lardner LLP, and The Carlyle Group, where she played a role in leading, designing, and implementing various human resources programs and initiatives.
May holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowie State University.
