Kristen Masters

Kristen Masters serves as the Director of Human Resources at Celebree School, bringing nearly 13 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her role, she leads the HR team and oversees all employee relations and recognition initiatives across 28 corporate-owned schools. Kristen plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR compliance, and driving strategic talent management initiatives.

With deep expertise in the full HR lifecycle, Kristen is responsible for guiding and supporting new franchise owners and their leadership teams in mastering Celebree’s core TALENT pillars: Recruit, Hire & Staff; Coach & Develop; and Team Build & Inspire. Her leadership in these areas ensures alignment with the company’s values and operational excellence.
Kristen also spearheads Celebree’s “Growing People Big” strategy—a company-wide strategic initiatives focused on leadership development, performance coaching, team retention and building high-performing teams.

Beyond her professional contributions, Kristen is also a proud Celebree parent. Her two daughters have been enrolled at Celebree since infancy, giving her a unique dual perspective as both a leader and an engaged member of the Celebree family.
