Exploring Common ECE Practices Using  an Equity Lens 

There are many common practices found in early childhood classrooms, including celebrating various holidays and highlighting community helpers. Although many educators implement these practices, it is important to explore how and whether these practices promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This month’s webinar will use an “equity lens” to look closely at common early childhood education practices.
