During this 3-hour session, participants will learn how to leverage research-based practices to sustain and support their well-being. Participants will explore the characteristics of 4 different types of stress, including general stress, systematic oppression, burnout, and compassion fatigue. Participants will identify the 5 steps of The Stress Cycle and a discover a collection of evidence-based strategies for completing the body’s stress cycle.
