During the session, participants will identify the characteristics of fidelity, examine strategies for observing teachers using a strengths-based lens, and learn how to engage teachers in ongoing coaching cycles. Programs using the Coaching to Fidelity app will learn how to navigate the digital resource and leverage the tool during each component of the coaching cycle.
