During this 1-day session, facilitated in Spanish, participants will explore their role in promoting the healthy social-emotional development of infants, toddlers, and twos. Participants will discover practical strategies for building a positive relationship with each child and strategies for promoting positive relationships between and among children. In addition, caregivers will explore and practice implementing a variety of strategies for fostering strong family partnerships. Participants will be introduced to developmentally appropriate expectations for children’s behaviors and will learn how to leverage positive guidance strategies.
